Grant of 160 acres to Jesse Skinner for Lot 37, District 11, 3rd Section situated in the Sixth District of the Third Section in Cherokee County known and distinguished in the plan of said District by the number 37 surveyed by Thomas J. Hayes on 30th May, 1832, issued from the Office of the Secretary of State, 9th Sept 1843. Registered in Book Cherokee 11 Dist, 3 Section, Page 231. Signed by JWC Sanford , C.J.
