Panoramas of Civil War battles began to attract massive public interest in 1883 when The Battle of Gettysburg opened in a cyclorama in Chicago. This pamphlet and plan were published for people who visited The Battle of Chattanooga and the Storming of Missionary Ridge in Cleveland in 1886.
