Charlotte, North Carolina: D. H. Hill, 1866. Assembled here is a consecutive run of "The Land We Love" publication, beginning with the first issue through until March 1869. The publication changed it's name to "The New Eclectic Magazine" in April 1869.

This monthly magazine often served as an outlet for reminiscences, official reports, and chauvinistic poetry.

Volume I, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, corners of upper rear pages of #6 clipped, ex libris, no exterior markings. Volume II, #1-6, bound, wraps not bound in. Volume III, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris. Volume IV, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris. Volume V, #1-6, bound, wraps bound in, ex libris. Volume VI, #1-5, all wraps present, in folding slipcase. All but Volume 2 have the original wraps. Item #100085
