An old (original?) price is written in pencil on the front cover. The binding shows light wear. There is some foxing to the front flyleaves and on the recto of the frontis. The text is a little toned, but overall a sound, clean copy. Contains portions of various speeches of those in attendance that day. Thornton [8519] does not list an author, but the final paragraphs in summary are by Editor J. P. Caldwell. A very scarce item and in exceptional condition. Item #100037
